Judy's Cafe - One of the best restaraunts in Central Illinois
If you’re from the Galesburg area, chances are you’ve heard a thing or two about Judy’s cafe. Judy is kind of a local celebrity in the Galesburg area for being a Tik tok icon (her videos are beyond hilarious), but also her amazing food. She has had so much success at her current location that she will be opening an additional location in downtown Galesburg. Having the ability to work with Judy + her family was something I was so excited about and beyond grateful for.
My Favs are her classic pancakes, or yummy gyro omelet!!
